If you know someone interested in running their own pub, we’d love to hear from you. You could earn up to £1,000 simply by referring a friend to run a pub on our self-employed agreement.

Find your perfect pub

The process to make a referral is simple:

  1. Submit your referral by completing the following referral form
  2. Our Talent Acquisition team will contact your referral to start the application process
  3. If successfully appointed, we will contact you for bank details and payment will be made via BACS transfer, as soon as reasonably practical, after 90 days of commencement of a Self-Employed Agreement**
