Your pub with our backing

All of your stock (including food, where applicable), and all associated consumables are supplied by Marston’s, with the cost covered by our management charge. Although once delivered, you’ll take over responsibility. Depending which partnership you choose, you’ll also retain a 20-26% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT. Some partnerships also include an additional guaranteed retained sum.

To further boost your finances, we even have a variety of incentive schemes – recognition from us to you, for helping us to achieve our business objectives.

All of this, without the fear of unknown bills hitting. You can call on us to cover the cost of repairs, fixtures and fittings.

Support that keeps giving

It’s not all on you, you’ll have a dedicated Area Manager working with you to help grow your business. Beyond that, you’ll also have access to our 400 strong-support teams whenever you need them – including Marketing, Recruitment and Food and Drink specialists. Whoever and whatever you need, you’ll get it, including access to our free learning, development and training platform, called Campus.

Get off the ground fast

Getting started only requires a low ingoing cost, with deposits starting from £5,000 plus £360 legal fees. Once you join us, we’ll cover most bills (except council tax), and provide comprehensive ongoing training and support, including assistance obtaining your personal licence. Additionally, most pub partnership pubs include personal accommodation.
